When I first decided that I wanted to get an e-commerce site and was not sure where to begin, I went searching the internet until I stumbled upon a site you had designed.  From that minute on I quit looking because I knew you were the one I wanted.  I found many sites I liked, but nothing I loved or thought would depict my style.  I started with an e-mail and asked you question after question until I was certain you would put me on your spam list.  Instead, you were patient and extremely informative answering every single e-mail. 
 
I knew right away you had more knowledge than I did, so I was a bit nervous.  It didn't take long you sensed that and would find the patience to guide me through.  Thank you for that.  I was also uncertain as to how I would manage my own site.  Many times you would tell me that I could change this or change that on my site once I was trained, and in a million years I figured I would never get it.  Day by day my site came together wonderfully and oh too soon was the day of training.  With my stomach in a knot you carefully showed me how I would manage my site, and it was like the world was lifted off my shoulders.  Now, less than one month later I feel very confident in my abilities to change and update my site as necessary.
 
When you say you teach us to succeed with your guidance the whole way you are not kidding.  Hardly a day goes by you are not watching my data entry and e-mailing me on how I could possibly word it better or adjust the color level of a photo.  I have never felt for one minute that you have left my side.
 
Thank you for sharing your God given talents with me and with others.  You truly have been given a gift and I am just so thankful I was a part of that.  Your encouraging words and uplifting e-mails have been what keeps me excited through this adventure.
